A Place We Love.
A Community That Cares.
Who We Are
Friends of Rye Town Park is an independent, all-volunteer 501(c)3, not-for-profit founded in 1991 by residents of Rye Town (City of Rye, Port Chester, Rye Brook, and Rye Neck).
We believe Rye Town Park is more than a beautiful place. It is a gathering place, a connection to nature, and a part of our shared history. Through community support and volunteer dedication, we help preserve its beauty, enhance its spaces, and ensure it continues to be enjoyed for generations to come.

Our Mission
To preserve and enhance Rye Town Park's historic structures, natural beauty and public spaces through community support, thoughtful stewardship and meaningful engagement.
We support the park through sustainable gardening and land stewardship, historic preservation,
thoughtful improvements and amenities, and projects that enrich the experience of our community.
